Our bed and breakfast tariff offers excellent value for money.

Duration of Stay:	Price (based on 2 people sharing):
1 night	£47.50 per person per night
2 - 3 nights	£45.00 per person per night
4 - 10 nights	£43.50 per person per night
Single occupation of a room is £75.00 - £80.00 per night regardless of the length of stay.

We ask for a deposit of £30 per night. The balance payable by cash or cheque on the day of departure. Please review our Booking Terms & Conditions.

Arrival time: any time after 4.30 pm and before 10.00 pm.
Departure time: 10.00 am.

PLEASE NOTE: We are open all year excluding 01 November 2018 - 28th February 2019.

Places to eat an evening meal are available locally in the village:

Samson Inn - We also recommend the local pub in Gilsland - it has been renovated and much improved for food and drink. Excellent for real ale lovers and the food is pretty good too.
